Lil Step has dropped off a new album, titled Breakthrough. Hailing from Western Massachusetts, versatile artist Lil Step returns to the scene in a poignant fashion with Breakthrough, with the album representing the aftermath to what has happened since his first album, Relativity, back in early 2021. After a near-fatal car accident in 2022 that left him with debilitating injuries, Lil Step documents his recovery through this 11 track album. Executively produced/engineered by fellow WMass producer and artist DK, Lil Step blends the elements of trap, alternative R&B, and new wave sounds to paint a picture and showcase Step’s new lease on life; his breakthrough.
